- 1 can ( 10 1/2 oz ) chicken a la king
- 2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup garlic croutons
- 5 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make chicken dinner omelet

Step 1Combine chicken and pimiento; heat through. Meanwhile in a 10 inch skillet cook onion and celery in butter till tender.

Step 2Add croutons; toss lightly. Remove mixture from skillet

Step 3Combine eggs, milk, and salt; pour into hot skillet. Cook slowly, lifting eggs to allow uncooked portions to flow under.

Step 4Place vegetable mixture on half the omelet; fold over. Tilt pan and roll omelet onto a hot plate. Pour chicken misture over.
