Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup each dijon mustard and whole grain mustard
- 1/3 cup dry vermouth or dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup creme fraiche
How To Make chicken dijonnnaise

Step 1Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place the chicken in the pan skin side up. Mix the two mustard's with the garlic. Spread over the chicken and let sit at room temp for 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper

Step 2Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Pour the vermouth around the chicken. Bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove the chicken to a plate

Step 3Place the baking pan on stove top over high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and whisk in the creme fraiche. and let reduce until thickened about 5 minutes.

Step 4Serve the sauce over the Chicken
