Ingredients

  • 6
    whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, split
  • ·
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c
    yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Chicken Dijon

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 1 or 2 large baking sheets.
  3. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir together yogurt and mustard in a small bowl.
  5. Spread mixture on bottom sides of chicken.
  6. Place on baking sheets, coated side down, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Spread mixture over top.
  8. Combine bread crumbs, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  9. Sprinkle over chicken.
  10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden-brown and no longer pink in the center.
