Ingredients
- 5 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 - white pearl onions, peeled
- 1/2 pound small red potatoes
- 1 pound baby dutch yellow potatoes
- 3 - ribs celery
- 1/2 package washed, sliced, white mushrooms
- 1/2 package organic baby carrots
How To Make chicken deleon

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In 13X9 glass casserole dish, evenly space the chicken breasts.

Step 3Empty one of each type of soup over chicken.

Step 4Cover dish with foil. Place in oven for 1 hour.

Step 5Chop celery ribs approx. 3" long, and slice long ways.

Step 6Over chicken, add mushrooms, onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, and remaining cans of soup. (Be sure you have washed all your veggies first.)

Step 7Cover dish and return to oven for 1 hour. Cool slightly before serving.
