chicken cutlets
1 c
1/2 stick
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 c
sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
1 c
proscuitto ham, julienned (about 6 slices)
1 c
smoked gouda, shredded
garnish with parsley

How to Make Chicken Cutlets a la Monika


  • 1salt/pepper the cutlets, lightly drench each in flour, brown about 3 mins on each side in butter and olive oil. do in batches
  • 2set aside in a oven baking dish, top each one with equal amounts of sun-dried tomatoes, proscuitto ham, smoked gouda.
  • 3bake at 350 for about 15 mins, until cheese melts and the flavor incorporate.....I served over Orzo pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley....mmmmmmm
