Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 1 cup proscuitto ham, julienned (about 6 slices)
  • 1 cup smoked gouda, shredded
  • - salt/pepper
  • - garnish with parsley

How To Make chicken cutlets a la monika

  • Step 1
    salt/pepper the cutlets, lightly drench each in flour, brown about 3 mins on each side in butter and olive oil. do in batches
  • Step 2
    set aside in a oven baking dish, top each one with equal amounts of sun-dried tomatoes, proscuitto ham, smoked gouda.
  • Step 3
    bake at 350 for about 15 mins, until cheese melts and the flavor incorporate.....I served over Orzo pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley....mmmmmmm
