- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- 1 cup proscuitto ham, julienned (about 6 slices)
- 1 cup smoked gouda, shredded
- - salt/pepper
- - garnish with parsley

Step 1salt/pepper the cutlets, lightly drench each in flour, brown about 3 mins on each side in butter and olive oil. do in batches

Step 2set aside in a oven baking dish, top each one with equal amounts of sun-dried tomatoes, proscuitto ham, smoked gouda.

Step 3bake at 350 for about 15 mins, until cheese melts and the flavor incorporate.....I served over Orzo pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley....mmmmmmm
