1 cflour

1/2 stickbutter

2 Tbspolive oil

1 csun-dried tomatoes, julienned

1 cproscuitto ham, julienned (about 6 slices)

1 csmoked gouda, shredded

·salt/pepper

·garnish with parsley
How to Make Chicken Cutlets a la Monika
- salt/pepper the cutlets, lightly drench each in flour, brown about 3 mins on each side in butter and olive oil. do in batches
- set aside in a oven baking dish, top each one with equal amounts of sun-dried tomatoes, proscuitto ham, smoked gouda.
- bake at 350 for about 15 mins, until cheese melts and the flavor incorporate.....I served over Orzo pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley....mmmmmmm
