This is a great combination of chicken and cheese. Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder flavor the golden cutlet seasoned with bread crumbs. This recipe was submitted a few years back by a lady in Montana. Really simple and great in flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • dash garlic power, onion powder and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 6 tablespoons bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil

How To Make chicken cutlet

  • Step 1
    In shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, combine cheese and buttermilk. Place bread crumbs in third shallow bowl.
  • Step 3
    Flatten chicken to 1/4 - thickness. Coat chicken with flour mixture; dip in buttermilk, then coat with crumbs.
  • Step 4
    In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil foe 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
