This is a great combination of chicken and cheese. Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder flavor the golden cutlet seasoned with bread crumbs. This recipe was submitted a few years back by a lady in Montana. Really simple and great in flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- dash garlic power, onion powder and pepper
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
How To Make chicken cutlet

Step 1In shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.

Step 2In another bowl, combine cheese and buttermilk. Place bread crumbs in third shallow bowl.

Step 3Flatten chicken to 1/4 - thickness. Coat chicken with flour mixture; dip in buttermilk, then coat with crumbs.

Step 4In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil foe 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
