chicken curry meatballs

this was a mix up one night of some things i could find as i couldn't think of what to make with chicken mince. my kids and wife absolutely love them. even my 1 year old son cant get enough o them.

Ingredients For chicken curry meatballs

  • 500 g
    chicken mince
  • 1 lg
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • cooking oil for frying

How To Make chicken curry meatballs

    Put chicken mince into a large bowl
  • 2
    Finely chop onion and add to bowl
  • 3
    Grate roughly half a cup of cheese (more or less depending on preference) add to bowl
  • 4
    Add 1-2 tablespoons of curry powder (more or less depending on preference) mild or hot depending on preference also

    Mix all ingredients well and if mixture looks abit too wet, add flour, small amounts at a time until it starts coming together and sticking to itself nicely. (sometimes flour may not be needed)

    Pour a little oil into a frying pan on medium heat and shape mixture into meatballs and add to the pan

    Cook for 5-10 minutes turning over to evenly brown the meatballs once a nice golden brown they should be ready. if abit worried cut one open and check to make sure they are cooked

    Eat and enjoy go great with pasta or something of the similar
