Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped purple onion
- 3 cloves garlic crushed with 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 medium green pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon pureed ginger
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons raisins or chopped apple
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion for garnish
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make chicken curry

Step 1Heat oil in medium pot,add purple onion,garlic,ginger& curry powder,till onion is transparent remove all to a bowl put aside

Step 2Add more oil if needed,brown chicken well, add onion & spices back ,add soup,stock,raisins

Step 3After about 30 mins or so simmering add green pepper simmer till thicker adding cornstarch,if needed. Garnish with green onion serve over steamed rice
