  • 1 medium
    chopped purple onion
  • 3 clove
    garlic crushed with 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 medium
    green pepper diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    pureed ginger
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 medium
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    raisins or chopped apple
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green onion for garnish
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Chicken Curry


  1. Heat oil in medium pot,add purple onion,garlic,ginger& curry powder,till onion is transparent remove all to a bowl put aside
  2. Add more oil if needed,brown chicken well, add onion & spices back ,add soup,stock,raisins
  3. After about 30 mins or so simmering add green pepper simmer till thicker adding cornstarch,if needed.
    Garnish with green onion serve over steamed rice
