  • 1/2 - 3/4 c
    pizza sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • 1/2 - 1 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    cilantro, dried
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 pinch
  • 4 - 6
    red potatoes, cubed and boiled
  • 26 oz
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Curry


  1. In a deep pan combine pizza sauce, onion, carrots, chicken thighs, curry, garlic powder, cilantro, chili powder, and paprika over medium heat. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a sauce pan, place cubed red potatoes, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until soft.
  3. Drain potatoes.
  4. Combine potatoes and condensed cream of mushroom soup with the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to temp.
  5. Serve with sour cream and rice.
