1/2 - 3/4 c
pizza sauce
1/2 - 1 c
onion, chopped
chicken thighs
1/2 - 1 c
carrots, chopped
1 Tbsp
curry powder
1/2 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp
cilantro, dried
1 tsp
chili powder
1 pinch
4 - 6
red potatoes, cubed and boiled
26 oz
condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Curry


  • 1In a deep pan combine pizza sauce, onion, carrots, chicken thighs, curry, garlic powder, cilantro, chili powder, and paprika over medium heat. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2In a sauce pan, place cubed red potatoes, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until soft.
  • 3Drain potatoes.
  • 4Combine potatoes and condensed cream of mushroom soup with the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to temp.
  • 5Serve with sour cream and rice.
