Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups pizza sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 cups onion, chopped
  • 4 - chicken thighs
  • 1/2 - 1 cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, dried
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 4 - 6 - red potatoes, cubed and boiled
  • 26 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken curry

  • Step 1
    In a deep pan combine pizza sauce, onion, carrots, chicken thighs, curry, garlic powder, cilantro, chili powder, and paprika over medium heat. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    In a sauce pan, place cubed red potatoes, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until soft.
  • Step 3
    Drain potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Combine potatoes and condensed cream of mushroom soup with the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to temp.
  • Step 5
    Serve with sour cream and rice.
