Ingredients For chicken curry

1/2 - 3/4 cpizza sauce

1/2 - 1 conion, chopped

4chicken thighs
-
1/2 - 1 ccarrots, chopped

1 Tbspcurry powder
-
1/2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1/2 Tbspcilantro, dried

1 tspchili powder
-
1 pinchpaprika
-
4 - 6red potatoes, cubed and boiled
-
26 ozcondensed cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken curry

1In a deep pan combine pizza sauce, onion, carrots, chicken thighs, curry, garlic powder, cilantro, chili powder, and paprika over medium heat. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2In a sauce pan, place cubed red potatoes, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until soft.

3Drain potatoes.

4Combine potatoes and condensed cream of mushroom soup with the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to temp.

5Serve with sour cream and rice.
