Ingredients
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups pizza sauce
- 1/2 - 1 cups onion, chopped
- 4 - chicken thighs
- 1/2 - 1 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, dried
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 4 - 6 - red potatoes, cubed and boiled
- 26 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken curry

Step 1In a deep pan combine pizza sauce, onion, carrots, chicken thighs, curry, garlic powder, cilantro, chili powder, and paprika over medium heat. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2In a sauce pan, place cubed red potatoes, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until soft.

Step 3Drain potatoes.

Step 4Combine potatoes and condensed cream of mushroom soup with the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bring to temp.

Step 5Serve with sour cream and rice.
