    chicken leg quarters, skinned
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • ·
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

    potatoes, cubed
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    corn kernels, frozen
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix

How to Make Chicken Crockpot Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up leg quarters.
  2. Mix mushroom soup with water in crockpot.
  3. Add chicken, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 1 hour on high.
  5. Then add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.
  6. Serve hot with crackers.
