Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • FILLING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

How To Make chicken crepes

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Drop by tablespoon onto a oiled hot skillet or crepe pan.
  • Step 3
    Do not over crowd because mixture spreads widely.
  • Step 4
    After 1 minute, turn and cook the other side until golden.
  • Step 5
    Stack crepes until ready for filling.
  • Step 6
    Filling: Melt butter in a medium size saucepan.
  • Step 7
    Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
  • Step 8
    Then add broth, milk and wine.
  • Step 9
    Blend until smooth.
  • Step 10
    In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir into sauce.
  • Step 11
    To assemble crepes, place 1/3 cup of filling into center of each crepe.
  • Step 12
    Roll into a tube shape and turn ends under.
  • Step 13
    Serve hot.
