How to Make Chicken Crepes
1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2Drop by tablespoon onto a oiled hot skillet or crepe pan.
3Do not over crowd because mixture spreads widely.
4After 1 minute, turn and cook the other side until golden.
5Stack crepes until ready for filling.
6Filling: Melt butter in a medium size saucepan.
7Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
8Then add broth, milk and wine.
10In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir into sauce.
11To assemble crepes, place 1/3 cup of filling into center of each crepe.
12Roll into a tube shape and turn ends under.
