Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon corn oil
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
How To Make chicken crepes

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2Drop by tablespoon onto a oiled hot skillet or crepe pan.

Step 3Do not over crowd because mixture spreads widely.

Step 4After 1 minute, turn and cook the other side until golden.

Step 5Stack crepes until ready for filling.

Step 6Filling: Melt butter in a medium size saucepan.

Step 7Add flour and stir for 1 minute.

Step 8Then add broth, milk and wine.

Step 9Blend until smooth.

Step 10In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir into sauce.

Step 11To assemble crepes, place 1/3 cup of filling into center of each crepe.

Step 12Roll into a tube shape and turn ends under.

Step 13Serve hot.
