  • 1/3 c
    whole wheat flour

  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry white wine
  • 1/2 c
    cooked mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsley

How to Make Chicken Crepes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drop by tablespoon onto a oiled hot skillet or crepe pan.
  3. Do not over crowd because mixture spreads widely.
  4. After 1 minute, turn and cook the other side until golden.
  5. Stack crepes until ready for filling.
  6. Filling: Melt butter in a medium size saucepan.
  7. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
  8. Then add broth, milk and wine.
  9. Blend until smooth.
  10. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir into sauce.
  11. To assemble crepes, place 1/3 cup of filling into center of each crepe.
  12. Roll into a tube shape and turn ends under.
  13. Serve hot.
