Just made this recipe up tonight out of a desire to have food that tastes good but are easy to digest. I'm looking forward to enjoying it!

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 5 small potatoes
  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups country gravy mix
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken corn chowderish

  • Step 1
    peel and dice potatoes, cook until almost done
  • Step 2
    chop chicken and onion. Saute with olive oil, add garlic
  • Step 3
    add both cans of corn and 3 cups of water, season to taste, drain potatoes and add to pot now.bring to boil
  • Step 4
    mix 1 cup of water and country gravy mix with wire whisk until all lumps are removed
  • Step 5
    after pot has been boiling approximately 5 minutes, add gravy mixture and stir well. Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness
