Just made this recipe up tonight out of a desire to have food that tastes good but are easy to digest. I'm looking forward to enjoying it!

    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 medium
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 can(s)
    whole kernel corn
  • 5 small
  • 4 c
    water, divided
  • 1 1/2 c
    country gravy mix
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Corn Chowderish


  1. peel and dice potatoes, cook until almost done
  2. chop chicken and onion. Saute with olive oil, add garlic
  3. add both cans of corn and 3 cups of water, season to taste, drain potatoes and add to pot now.bring to boil
  4. mix 1 cup of water and country gravy mix with wire whisk until all lumps are removed
  5. after pot has been boiling approximately 5 minutes, add gravy mixture and stir well. Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness
