Just made this recipe up tonight out of a desire to have food that tastes good but are easy to digest. I'm looking forward to enjoying it!

Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 5 small potatoes
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 1/2 cups country gravy mix
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken corn chowderish

Step 1peel and dice potatoes, cook until almost done

Step 2chop chicken and onion. Saute with olive oil, add garlic

Step 3add both cans of corn and 3 cups of water, season to taste, drain potatoes and add to pot now.bring to boil

Step 4mix 1 cup of water and country gravy mix with wire whisk until all lumps are removed

Step 5after pot has been boiling approximately 5 minutes, add gravy mixture and stir well. Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness
