special egg wash 1egg,2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp honey
mixed well
bread crumbs or panko chinese bread crumbs
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless pounded
2 slice
boiled ham
2 Tbsp
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
mozzarella cheese shredded
flour for fredging

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu my way


  • 1Pound the chicken on both sides.Place the ham on top of the chicken,and spred the cream cheese over the ham. Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chream cheese. Roll the chicken like a jelli roll & hold them by sticking them with party picks.Dredge then in the flour then in the egg wash. Then press the chicken in the bread crumbs firmlyto be sure the crumbs will stick. Deep fry the chicken until light brown. remove the chicken from the fryer to a sheet pan & bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked. Top the chicken with your favorite sauce.
