We love the sauce and I usually double it so that there is plenty to serve over mashed potatoes too.
6chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
6 sliceswiss cheese
10 3/4-oz can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cwhite wine, optional
How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu - Crockpot
- Flatten chicken breasts.
- Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in the crockpot so it looks like a triangle. Layer the rest on top.
Mix soup with the milk and wine if using; pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles with the sauce it makes.
