My family loves these. I often times will double the recipe and freeze 1/2 of them for a faster dinner another time.

We love the sauce and I usually double it so that there is plenty to serve over mashed potatoes too.

Ingredients

  • 6
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 6 slice
    ham
  • 6 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 10 3/4-oz can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    white wine, optional

How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu - Crockpot

Step-by-Step

  1. Flatten chicken breasts.
  2. Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in the crockpot so it looks like a triangle. Layer the rest on top.

    Mix soup with the milk and wine if using; pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles with the sauce it makes.
