My family loves these. I often times will double the recipe and freeze 1/2 of them for a faster dinner another time. We love the sauce and I usually double it so that there is plenty to serve over mashed potatoes too.

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 10 3/4-oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white wine, optional

Step 1Flatten chicken breasts.

Step 2Put ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken in the crockpot so it looks like a triangle. Layer the rest on top. Mix soup with the milk and wine if using; pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles with the sauce it makes.
