Ingredients

  • 1 box chicken stove top stuffing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, cut in strips
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to box.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl, combine the soup, stuffing and milk. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Put cooked, cubed chicken in bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Step 4
    Layer with ham, swiss cheese and half the cheddar cheese.
  • Step 5
    Cover with the stuffing and soup/stuffing mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
