Ingredients
- 4 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese.
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 - pkgs perdue chicken strips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
- 6 cups reduecd-fat, shredded swiss cheese.
- 1 pound deli-style maple ham, diced
- 1 - bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 - 10.75 oz can condensed reduced fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix cornflakes, parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup butter, melted. Spread some of the mix into bottom of pan. Layer 1/2 the chicken strips over crumbs.Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Cover chicken w/ 1/2 the swiss cheese, then all of the ham and green onions. In bowl, mix sour cream and soup. Spread over green onions. Place remaining chicken over green onions. Sprinkle w/ remaining swiss cheese. Top w/ remaining crumb mix. Drizzle w/ 2 tbsp butter. Cover w/ foil. Bake 45 min. Uncover, bake until bubbly.
