Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound chicken breast filets
  • 4 ounces boiled ham, slivered
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 package cut asparagus, frozen and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, instant
  • 2 slices swiss cheese

How To Make one pan chicken cordon bleu

  • Step 1
    Saute' chicken and ham in butter until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add soup, water, mustard and asparagus. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and top with cheese, Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes ENJOY
