I HAVE BEEN MAKN THESE BABIES FOR A LONG TIME....MY DAUGHTER DOESNT DO SWISS CHEESE SO FOR HER I USE MONTEREY JACK CHEESE ...STILL DELICIOUS. HUBBY TOOK LEFT OVER SLICED IN SANDWICH TODAY FOR LUNCH! VERY IMPRESSIVE :)

- 3 large boneless chicken breast , halved n flattened
- 1/2 pound deli ham slices
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese slices
- 2 cups bread crumbs (more or less)
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil (more or less)
- - toothpicks

Step 1FLATTEN OUT CHICKEN BREAST

Step 2LAY ONTOP OF CHICKEN A SLICE OF HAM N THEN A SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE. THEN ROLL UP TIGHTLY N SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK OR TWO.

Step 3NEXT DIP CHICKEN ROLL IN BEATEN EGG N THEN ROLL IN BREADCRUMBS. ONCE ALL CHICKEN IS BREADED REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST A HALF HOUR. (I FIND THIS KEEPS ROLL TIGHT) :)

Step 4IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP A HALF CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL N BROWN CHICKEN ON ONE SIDE...THEN COVER PAN N COOK ON MED HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES...FLIP CHICKEN N BROWN ON OTHER SIDE.

Step 5REMOVE TO PLATTER N COVER WITH A PIECE OF FOIL UNTIL READY TO SERVE...REMMBER THE TOOTHPICKS!...ENJOY :)
