- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and ground cloves
- - salt to taste
- 1 can coconut cream
- - cooked rice
- - green onions for garnish
How To Make chicken coconut curry with rice

Step 1Place the butter in a large skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until onion is softened. Add the chicken, curry powder, cinnamon and cloves. Cook until chicken is almost done. Add the coconut cream. Season to taste with salt. Serve over rice topped with green onions for garnish
