Yummy casserole , and so easy to make! I like to serve it with extra chow mein noodles for a great crunch.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can chow mein noodles
How To Make chicken chow mein casserole

Step 1In large skillet, saute garlic ,mushrooms and red pepper in 1-2 tablespoons butter until soft.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Step 3Heat through.

Step 4Put in 11x7 or 9x13 pan.

Step 5Top with chow mein noodles.

Step 6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
