Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chopped chicken (cooked)
- 1 can chop suey vegetables
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make chicken chow mein

Step 1Combine chicken broth, celery, ionion, and pepper in a 3 qt saucepan. cook until celery and onion are tender. Add chicken and vegetables, stir well.

Step 2Combine cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl, and gradually add to chicken mixture. Stir continuously until thickened.

Step 3Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
