Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces green peppers; sliced
- 4 ounces red peppers; sliced
- 12 ounces fajita style chicken
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1/2 ounce chipotle paste
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked bowtie pasta
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese; grated
How To Make chicken chipotle pasta

Step 1Heat oil in large saute pan. Add green and red peppers; cook until tender.

Step 2Add chicken to peppers and heat through.

Step 3Add Alfredo sauce and chipotle paste to chicken-pepper mixture; stir to combine and heat 2 to 3 minutes until 165 degrees F.

Step 4Combine pasta with sauce; stir to coat. Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until 165 degrees F.

Step 5Portion between 8 plates. Garnish each with 1/4 oz. Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
