This was given to me by a good friend and it has become a family favorite. Topped with enchilada sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese this is soo delicious!

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
shredded cooked chicken
2/3 c
picante sauce
1/3 c
green onions, chopped
1/4-1 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
crushed oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
flour tortillas
butter

How to Make Chicken Chimichangas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 475 degrees
  • 2Combine first six ingredients and simmer to heat thru.
    Brush one side of the tortilla with butter and put the chicken on the non buttered side; fold up and put seam side down in baking dish.
  • 3Bake all burritos until golden brown; roughly 10-15 min depending on your oven
