This was given to me by a good friend and it has become a family favorite. Topped with enchilada sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese this is soo delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2/3 cup picante sauce
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4-1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - flour tortillas
  • - butter

How To Make chicken chimichangas

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 475 degrees
  • Step 2
    Combine first six ingredients and simmer to heat thru. Brush one side of the tortilla with butter and put the chicken on the non buttered side; fold up and put seam side down in baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake all burritos until golden brown; roughly 10-15 min depending on your oven
