- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless n cubed
- 1 cup colored peppers, choppd (i used yellow n red)
- 1 large onion, choppd
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, 28 oz.
- 2 cans beans, any kind (i used cannellini n chili beans)
- 1 can green chilis, choppd 4oz.
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon chili powdr
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- - cilantro n shredd cheddar chs, optional
How To Make chicken chili

Step 1IN A LARGE PAN SAUTÉ ONION N COLORD PEPPERS IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL ONIONS SOFTEN, 3 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN N COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES. ADD CHOPPD CHILIS, GARLIC, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN N SALT.

Step 2DRAIN BEANS N ADD TO PAN STIR .

Step 3ADD CRUSHD TOMATOES N CHICKEN BROTH...STIR N COVER SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. (AT THIS POINT I ADDED A ROASTED JALAPEÑO, CHOPPD....WE LIKE THE HEAT)

Step 4SERVE ON PASTA OR RICE...OR DELICIOUS AS IS! TOP WITH CHOPPD CILANTRO N OR SHREDD CHEDDAR CHEESE......... ENJOY :)
