Ingredients For chicken chili

2 1/2 cwater
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
1 tspcumin
-
4chicken breasts, cubed
-
1 tspolive oil
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 cchopped onion
-
2 canwhite shoepeg corn (drained)

1 candiced green chiles, small

2-3 Tbsplime juice
-
2 cangreat northern beans (undrained)

salt, peper and garlic to taste

chopped fresh cilantro

shredded mozzarella
How To Make chicken chili

1In a large saucepan combine: water, lemon pepper and cumin. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add chicken. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.

2In skillet heat oil and saute garlic one minute. Add garlic to chicken mixture.

3Add onions, corn, green chiles, and lime juice and bring to a boil.

4Add beans and cook until heated through. Top with shredded mozzarella and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
