In a large saucepan combine: water, lemon pepper and cumin. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add chicken. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20-30
In skillet heat oil and saute garlic one minute. Add garlic to chicken mixture.
Add onions, corn, green chiles, and lime juice and bring to a boil.
Add beans and cook until heated through. Top with shredded mozzarella and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
