This is a rib sticking meal. Make a salad and there it is! I froze a couple of meals of this and when dinner was wanted, I take it out and heat it up! De-lish! This an easy recipe to make Mexican or spicy. Whatever your liking!!

Ingredients
- 3 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 pound long spaghetti noodles
- 1 large diced green pepper
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 8 ounces veleeta cheese
- 4 ounces shredded jack cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make chicken cheese spaghetti

Step 1Chop all veggies and cube chicken breasts. Saute chicken till cooked through and add veggies.

Step 2In a separate pot, cook spaghetti or any long noodle till done. Strain noodles and put in pot with chicken and veggies. Add can of cream of chicken soup with a 1/2 can water.

Step 3Chunk up velveeta and add to chicken mixture. You can add more if you want or less. Less all melt together till melted and cooked through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of your choice. I like jack cheese or mozzarella!!!
