Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed,cooked chicken
- 2 cans 10oz. red enchilada sauce
- 2 cans black beans
- 3 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 3 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 cup green onion,chopped
- 2/3 cup tomato,diced
How To Make chicken cheese enchilada black bean casserole

Step 1In medium bowl, mix chicken, sugar, salsa, enchilada sauces and black beans Place tortilla chips in ungreased 9 x 13"glass baking dish. Top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly! Add a dollop of sour cream to individual serving if desired! Enjoy!
