I make this frequently just to snack on at home. We all love eating it with Wheat Thins!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 10-13 ounces can chicken chunk
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder (i use this in place of a small grated onion)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - dash of garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • - grated cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients (excluding the grated cheddar cheese) with a hand mixer until smooth. Do NOT soften the cream cheese beforehand and make sure the can of chicken is thoroughly drained. Mold into a ball and top with the grated cheddar cheese. This is a delicious served with Wheat Thins or any other type of cracker!
