Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1.5 cups skim milk
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup carrots, canned
- 1 cup green beans, french cut 10 ounces
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can biscuits
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken, cheese and biscuits

Step 1In small saucepan, saute onions until tender. (Use dollop of butter and water.)

Step 2In 3 quart saucepan, heat butter over medium heat until bubbly and hot.

Step 3Add flour, mustard and stir quickly to combine thoroughly.

Step 4Stirring constantly, gradually add milk, continue to stir and cook until smooth.

Step 5Add broth mix and pepper and mix well.

Step 6Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick, 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 7Add cheese and cook, stirring until melted.

Step 8Add chicken and vegetables and continue cooking until they are heated through.

Step 9Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 10Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour chicken mixture into dish.

Step 11Separate each biscuit into two layers of dough.

Step 12Arrange on top of chicken mixture.

Step 13Bake until biscuits are golden, 7 to 10 minutes.
