was gonna make chicken pot pie for supper tonight but didnt feel like makeing a crust so i put the pot pie together like usual but instead of a crust i added rice an called it chicken casserrolle. the family loved it! it was all gone in a jiffy!

Ingredients
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 large can mixed veggies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- pinch of salt
- pinch pepper
- pinch of italian seasoning
- pinch garlic
How To Make chicken casserolle

Step 1i boiled my chicken but u can bake it if you want. when its done cut it up into peices.

Step 2mix chicken, veggies, soups, rice into large bowl add seasonings mix together and bake in a large caserolle dish covered with tinfoil at 350 for about 30 mins. or untill rice is done.

Step 3this may sound crazy but i dont usually time things in the oven. i can usually tell when its done i hope you enjoy this recipe and am very excited about being in this club!
