this is a recipe from a dear friend that I recently gave a try and my husband and I both finished off a 13x9 pan in one night :) Needless to say we both loved it....

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - carton sour cream (small container, i think it equals 1 cup)
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make chicken casserole

Step 1Bake and shred chicken, layer in a small baking dish. In a bowl, combine soup and sour cream. After it's mixed pour on chicken. Crush ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of chicken and soup mixture. Take butter and melt. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350* till bubbly. I think I tried 35-40 mins. Enjoy!
