This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law. When she was in college, it won first place in a cooking contest. It's great because you can freeze it for later.

Ingredients
- CHICKEN CASSEROLE
- 3 - chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 7 tablespoons broth from cooked chicken
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 - tube ritz crackers (put in ziplock bag and rolled into fine crumbs)
How To Make chicken casserole

Step 1Shred 3 chicken breasts and add to mixture of 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup, 2 cups sour cream, 7 tablespoons chicken broth from cooked chicken, and salt and pepper to taste. Melt 1/2 stick butter. Put one tube of Ritz crackers into a ziplock bag, roll into fine crumbs, and add to melted butter. Put buttered crumbs on top of chicken mixture and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Great served with or over rice and your favorite vegetable. (You can freeze this dish for later).
