Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 package frozen seasoning vegetables
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make chicken casserole

Step 1Saute frozen seasoning vegetables in butter until tender. Combine with soup, broth, and sour cream. Add the chicken and rice into liquids and pour into casserole dish.

Step 2Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered.

Step 3Crush crackers and mix with cheese. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle cracker/cheese mixture on top. Return to oven for ten minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
