Using an already prepared rotisserie chicken saves a LOT of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 - whole rotisserie chicken (savory)
  • 1 cup miracle whip (not mayonnaise)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Boil noodles according to package directions. While you are waiting for water to boil, remove chicken from bone and remove skin from chicken.
  • Step 3
    Shred chicken and combine with all ingredients (except cheese). Once noodles are cooked add to the mixture and stir together until well blended.
  • Step 4
    Place in a casserole dish and top with cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until bubbling
