Ingredients

  • 4 large
    chicken, boneless and skinless
  • 1 pkg
    pasta of choice
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium
  • 8 oz
    velveeta cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg
    *optional*broccoli, cauliflower and/or carrots

How to Make CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. put pasta in pan to boil until almost done. boil chicken until done then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. mix soup, veggies*, onion, rotel & half the velveeta(cubed) into a casserole dish.
  3. when chicken is done, add to mixture in casserole dish.
  4. when pasta is almost done, drain all water & add to mixture in casserole dish.
  5. stir together well. take the other half of the velveeta(cubed) and place on top of mixture. spread pieces out evenly.
  6. place dish in oven and broil until top of mixture is covered with melted cheese. you can also do this in the microwave.
  7. *if using veggies such as raw broccoli, cauliflower or carrots, you must first blanch them before adding to casserole dish.
