Chicken Casserole

3 largeChicken breat, cooked

8 ozsour cream

2 can(s)cream of chicken soup

2 pkgritz crackers

pinchsalt and pepper
How to Make Chicken Casserole
- Boil chicken breat. Cut or pull into small pieces.
- Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup and one sleeve of ritz cracker crunched well together with chicken breast. Salt & pepper. I find it best to mix with my hands.
- Crumble 1 sleeve of ritz crackers and put on top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
