chicken -- de-boned & chopped
6 slice
1 small
onion -- diced
1 large
bell pepper -- diced
stalks of celery -- diced
1/4 c
1 Tbsp
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz) can(s)
sweet peas
12 oz
small elbow noodles
shredded mozarella cheese -- amount desired

How to Make Chicken Casserole


  • 1Boil Chicken until done. Then de-bone and chop chicken in bite size pieces.
  • 2Strain the chicken broth and set broth aside.
  • 3Add the Broth to Pot. Then add Milk and Butter. Get it to a boil and add noodles. Once noodles are done strain and add to casserole pan.
  • 4Place the bacon in skillet and fry till almost done; cut bacon in pieces and then set aside.
  • 5Add chopped chicken, celery, bell pepper, onion, and bacon pieces in skillet with bacon grease. Cook until veggies and meat is well done.
  • 6Add everything else to casserole pan with noodles and mix well.
  • 7Place the casserole pan in 375 degree oven and cook until almost done and then add cheese to the top and let it melt.
