This is my all-time favorite recipe. My mother gave it to me from my great aunt. It is easy to make and tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 - cooked chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 - cooked bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 cup grated american chesse (you can use any cheese you prefer)
  • 1 can durkee french fried onion rings (the big can)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

How To Make chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix together chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onion rings.
  • Step 3
    Put into a 9 X 13 pan and bake in the 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from oven and make lattice strips on the casserole with the crescent rolls.
  • Step 5
    Bake again for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Remove and top with the remaining cheese and onion rings and bake for 5 more minutes
