2 cleftover chicken cut in bite size pieces
2 cleftover gravy
2 cmashed potatoes
1 cspinach ( or any leftover veggies from main meal)
1 cbaby carrots
2 cleftover stuffing
How to Make Chicken Casserole
- Heat oven to 325Df
Use a casserole dish to fit the amount of leftovers you have from your main meal. This could also be done of course for your Roast Beef, Roast Pork, etc main dinner.
- Layer your chicken in bottom of oven safe casserole dish, pour a little gravy over, then layer your veggies, a little more gravy, then potatoes, more gravy, and top with stuffing, pour the remaining gravy on top. I also poured a small amount of water over all.
- I did not put cover on and baked for around 20 minutes and then covered and baked for another 10 minutes.
I am sure many of us have done this but those that have never tried it I thought I would post.
It is much easier than heating up everything seperately and having a sink full of dishes.
