Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken, broiler-fryers, cut-up
- 1/3 cup italian salad dressing
- 1.5 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 package brussel sprouts, frozen

Step 1Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry.

Step 2In skillet, saute` chicken in italian salad dressing over medium heat.

Step 3Mix rice, tomatoes, wine, seasonings and brussles sprouts in crock-pot.

Step 4Top with chicken.

Step 5Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours.
