How to Make Chicken Cantrell
- In shallow casserole dish arrange the chipped ham slices to cover the bottom of dish.
- Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and place the breast on the sliced ham.
- Mix together the soup and sour cream and spoon the mixture over the meat and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours or longer, covered. Uncover and bake for 20-30 additional minutes.
