Etering the Sandwich category with my Chicken Cake Sliders. This is the best for a tail-gates or Family gathering. As they say in Hawaii "that sandwich is ONO" (very good)Easy to make and so tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked chicken meat (finely chopped)
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons red hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make chicken cake sliders

Step 1Mix all ingredients except for mayo and bread crumbs in bowl. Make sure chicken is coated with seasonings.

Step 2Fold mayo and bread crumbs into mixture gently

Step 3Form into chicken cakes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Step 4Line sheet pan with parchment paper, then spray the paper. Place chicken cakes on pan. Bake chicken cakes 12-15 minutes at 350F or until done (160F). Serve immediately or, if cooking in batches, keep in warm oven (150 to 200 degrees F) until ready to serve
