We've been making this recipe for years. Simple, easy, absolutely delicious! I picked up the recipe in the entry area of my local Spartan grocery store. One time, I even made a huge batch up and brought it to friend's house on a surprise visit. They were gone with speedy dispatch and great approval.

Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup instant rice
  • 1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
  • 6 - flour tortillas
  • - romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 1/2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • - seasoned croutons

How To Make chicken caesar wraps

  • Step 1
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken, cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in center. Remove from pan; thin slice.
  • Step 2
Add water to skillet. Bring to a boil; add rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in salad dressing and chicken.
  • Step 3
Spoon rice mixture evenly down center of tortillas; top with lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. Fold in both sides of tortillas; roll up tightly from bottom, keeping filling firmly packed. Slice each wrap diagonally into 2 pieces.
