Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken, cut up into bite size pieces or left whole, your choice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 16 ounces jar spaghetti sauce, your choice of flavor
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 cup green pepper strips

Step 1Brown chicken & onion in the oil.

Step 2Add spaghetti sauce, water & green pepper strips.

Step 3Bring to a full boil; Stir in rice.

Step 4Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 mins. Stir before serving.
