Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
How To Make chicken cacciatore

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Brown chicken on all sides. Drain excess fat. Transfer chicken to crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
