Ingredients
- 8 large chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 1 cup vegtable oil
- 1 stick butter
- 11/2 cups your favorite molasses
How To Make chicken,butter and molasses

Step 1wash an clean chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. place the eggs in a small dish and stir till yolks and whites are combined. Put your salt, pepper and flour in a bowl and mix. coat your chicken pieces first with the egg mixture then with the flour mixture and set aside.

Step 2place your 1 cup vegtable oil in a medium skillet on med high heat. once hot, place 4 chicken thighs in the skillet and fry on each side for 7 to 10 min or until the chicken is done.repeat with other 4 pieces.

Step 3melt your butter in a small saucepan. place the molasses in a bowl an slowly place each piece chicken first in butter to coat then the molasses then coat and then serve this is a good meat side
