1 pkgmexican blend shredded cheese

1green pepper

1med. onion

1 pkg8oz cream cheese

8 ozsour cream

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

3 lbchicken breast( you could also use canned chicken)

1 can(s)green chiles, chopped

1 pkgsoft tortilla shells
How to Make Chicken Burritos
- cook chicken and shred it, i like to cook the chicken in the crock pot all day so its ready when i get home from work.
- sautee green peppers and onions in a sm amount of butter. add chiles, chicken and cream cheese. cook over low stirring until cream cheese is melted.
- fill center of tortillas with chicken mix and cheese. roll and place seam down in a 9x13 pan. there should be left over filling when done.
- when pan is full mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream with remaing chicken filling and pour over top of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
