Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4
    chicken breasts, halved and boneless
  • 1 c
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, sliced
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 oz
    cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/3 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet over medium heat, in 1 tablespoon hot butter, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
  2. Remove chicken, keep warm.
  3. In same skillet, add in remaining butter, cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Return chicken to skillet.
  7. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices.
