Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 - chicken breasts, halved and boneless
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 10 ounces cream of broccoli soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken broccoli vegetable saute

Step 1In skillet over medium heat, in 1 tablespoon hot butter, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.

Step 2Remove chicken, keep warm.

Step 3In same skillet, add in remaining butter, cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Step 4Stir in soup, milk and pepper.

Step 5Heat to boiling.

Step 6Return chicken to skillet.

Step 7Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.

Step 8Garnish with lemon slices.
