Ingredients
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 1/2 teaspoons season salt, i buy lawry's
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - large bag of frozen broccoli florets, cooked or comparable fresh crowns, cooked tender crisp
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded - i prefer sharp
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make chicken & broccoli casserole

Step 1OVEN at 350 Rub season salt into chicken and cube. Heat oil and cook chicken until white/opaque. While chicken is cooking, microwave broccoli till tender crip and place in bottom of a casserole dish. When chicken is done add on top of broccoli

Step 2Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice together and pour over broccoli/chicken and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Step 3I serve this with white rice.
