Ingredients
- 2 packages (16 oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced & seasoned to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - italian seasoning
- - pepper
- 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
How To Make chicken & broccoli casserole

Step 1Place thawed & drained broccoli on the bottom of a well greased 9x13 pan. Add rice and cut up, cooked chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over entire pan.

Step 2Mix soups and mayonnaise together. Spread over cheese. Season with pepper and italian seasoning.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with french fried onions. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
