I love broccoli & chicken - and this has a little extra crunch on top! Even my 3 year old loves this!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced & seasoned to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - italian seasoning
  • - pepper
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions

How To Make chicken & broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    Place thawed & drained broccoli on the bottom of a well greased 9x13 pan. Add rice and cut up, cooked chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over entire pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix soups and mayonnaise together. Spread over cheese. Season with pepper and italian seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with french fried onions. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
