Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    (16 oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, diced & seasoned to taste
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    italian seasoning
  • ·
    pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    (2.8 oz) french fried onions

How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Place thawed & drained broccoli on the bottom of a well greased 9x13 pan. Add rice and cut up, cooked chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over entire pan.
  2. Mix soups and mayonnaise together. Spread over cheese. Season with pepper and italian seasoning.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with french fried onions. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
