Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
2 pkg(16 oz each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained
3 ccooked chicken, diced & seasoned to taste
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1 ccooked rice
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)(2.8 oz) french fried onions
How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
- Place thawed & drained broccoli on the bottom of a well greased 9x13 pan. Add rice and cut up, cooked chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over entire pan.
- Mix soups and mayonnaise together. Spread over cheese. Season with pepper and italian seasoning.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with french fried onions. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
